Hint: Although not absolutely necessary for this drink, you can purchase pineapple sage at your favorite store in the garden department. I’ve seen it at Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, and other garden centers. Hurry if you live in the South or Southwest though, because I’ve noticed a lot of these places are beginning to clearance their herbs right now. Pineapple sage smells like pineapple when you crush it between your fingers. I plant mine in my yard–it completely dies in the winter, but springs back when the weather turns warmer.
