I really love this Chicken Nuggets with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce recipe. My kids love it too! Whenever I need to make something quick and easy for dinner or as a snack, this chicken nuggets recipe hits the spot.
Chicken Nuggets Recipe
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups white flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon of Serendipity original seasoning (or use salt and pepper, to taste)
1 bottle Corona (I used an 8 oz bottle Coronita), or you can use milk
Oil for frying
Cut chicken breasts using kitchen sears into irregular shapes. Set aside on a plate.
Pour bottle of Corona (or 8 oz milk) into a small mixing bowl.
In a medium size mixing bowl add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and seasoning. Mix well.
Heat oil on medium high in a large skillet. Do not begin frying until oil is hot.
Take cut up chicken and dip all at once enough chicken to fry in one batch. Shake off excess beer or milk and then dust in flour mixture. Carefully place dusted chicken into hot oil and fry about four minutes on each side or until coating turns a golden yellow. Once cooked, place on a large plate covered in a double layer of paper towels to drain.
Allow to cool enough to eat and then dip in your favorite dipping sauce!
